Letter of invitation for the “series of multi-aspects related activities about cooperation and talks among all sides in the yacht industry at home and abroad”.

Dear friends of international boat circle:

The 12th China International Boat Show will be held in Shanghai. To facilitate and promote the cooperation and talks between the suppliers and demanders at home and abroad, the organizer will hold “series of activities about cooperation and talks among all sides in the yacht industry at home and abroad” on the opening day.

1. The intention of the Chinese participants
To talk face to face with those consumers ordering luxury yachts; yachts for water exercise, entertainment and touring; those for holding business talks and VIP guests.
With the products sold overseas, a batch of yacht manufacturers with advantages in techniques and arts hope to find cooperators overseas who could help them promote construction technology and cooperate to develop new products. They are also interested in finding manufacturers and suppliers of yacht equipment and parts of high quality as well as agents capable of exploiting yacht markets at home and abroad.
Early open yacht clubs with tens and thousands of berths welcome foreign customers to hold talks on registry for membership, water exercise, buying chamber villa, joint—management, investment and shareholding and cooperation in exploitation.
The yacht industry parks with advantages in region, economy, resource, purchasing power and policy welcome foreign customers and joint ventures to join and open companies build yachts, produce parts and service agencies and parts supply companies.
The districts having yacht dock and club lay out with advantages in water landscapes hope to talk face to face with foreign customers to cooperate in the developing of the prosperous projects. And they are welcomed to set up joint venture, provide consultation service on design, construction and management.
The yacht agent distributors with years of experience, distribution networks or display areas and stable customer resource hope to provide service for yachts and related products of foreign brands in exploiting the Chinese market.
The influencing Chinese media and websites hope to hold talks with yacht manufacturers; factories provide related products, technology consultation to provide them service on market promotion, advertisement plan, culture image shape.
Where there is need there is market. The boat show is a good chance for Chinese yacht industry and international yacht industry to realize mutual complementation, profit sharing and common development on technology, arts and crafts and resource.

2. Expectation on foreign participants
Sincerely invite you to introduce: the hope to find partners in trade, technology development, and consultation service. Invest and develop of yacht and related projects, culture and entertainment, agent sale aims and projects.

3. Schedule:

(1) Presentation on situation of Chinese and international yacht industry- afternoon, April 5th, 2007.
Content: The companies developing and constructing water system landscapes, excellent yacht manufacturers, makers of related products, nice yacht clubs, capable agencies, mature media, publishers and websites and the yacht industry parks under construction introduce the situation and projects to the participants and delegation of various countries.
And Chinese government departments concerned are invited to introduce the related policy and rules of law to help deeply understand the cooperation projects of yacht and investment environment.

(2) Multi-theme Party of Chinese and international yacht industry - evening, April 5th
Content: The party will include various themes such as the yacht and related products manufacture, the water system landscapes exploitation, yacht club, yacht marina construction, yacht industry park, yacht sales agency, medias and net friends. The party will be held in an easy atmosphere to have the Chinese and foreign companies to talk face to face and concretely discuss the cooperation intentions.

3. Multi-direction on site investigation of Chinese and international yacht industry --- during the boat show or on other appointed occasions.
Content: through the “multi-aspects introduction” and “multi-subjects talking party”, if there is will to cooperate between the Chinese and foreign parts, you will be invited to visit the regions or companies to know better about the nature conditions, technology background and actual situation of cooperation, setting up joint venture and finding channels and ways to deepen the cooperation and regular contact.
